Returns & Refunds — Prodigal Son Records

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All records are sold as described, and we take care to accurately grade and photograph each item.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items may be returned if they arrive significantly not as described (wrong item, undisclosed damage, or condition materially different from the listing). Due to the nature of used goods, minor surface marks consistent with the stated grade are not grounds for return.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error or an undisclosed defect, we cover return shipping. For buyer's remorse returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International Returns: International buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees on returned items.
