Terms of Service — Prodigal Son Records

1. General By placing an order with Prodigal Son Records, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All records are used or collectible unless explicitly stated as new. Condition is graded and described to the best of our ability using standard vinyl grading conventions (M, NM, VG+, VG, etc.). Photos are provided for reference.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped per our Shipping Policy. Prodigal Son Records is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are handled per our Refund Policy. We stand behind our grading — if an item arrives significantly not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this store (photos, descriptions, branding) is owned by Prodigal Son Records and may not be reproduced without permission.
